<br />SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 1186.
<br />Resolved by the Board of Public. Works of the City of South Bend,
<br />St, Joseph.County, State of Indiana, That it is deemed necessary to improve Dubail
<br />Avenue from Webster Street to ;Walnut Street as follows, to -wits-
<br />Said street shall be
<br />graded from property line to property line to the established grade, and cement curb
<br />and cement sidewalk shall be constructed along both sides of said; avenue, all as is more
<br />particularly shown and all in accordance with the plane, profiles, detail drawings
<br />and speoifloations on file in the office of the Department of Public Works .of the -City
<br />of South Bond, Indiana.

<br />side of Keller Street from Portage Avenue to the west line of Morris Park Addition
<br />as follows, to -wit:.
