PLAT of Monroa-Park approved by City Planning Commission under date of Way 3rd., 1923. approved by the Beard, MONROE PARK The annexed Plat is that of " Monroe Park" Addition to the city of South fiend, Str. Joseph County,- Indiana; and is described as follows,- to-wittoo The east one half (�) of the, southwest quarter (-d) of Section Nine (9) in Township Thirty-seven (37) north of range two (2) east$ containing eighty (80) acres, in St. Joseph County, State of Indiana. The streets and allays are hereby dedieate4 for public use as public h:ghays The lots are numbered from one (1) to 448; each containing not less than 4800 square feet. The first streets in the Plat running north and south, being recommended; by the City Planning Commission a Md jor Street is made 80 ft. wide the remain- ing three north and sou th streets are 60 feel, wide. Forty (40) feet has been dedicated to the south one-half ( ) of Division Street,- likewise 40. feet has been dedicated to the north one hall' (�) of Sample Street. The three intervening east and west streets.00neur and agree in line with the same streets in the nearest and contiguous Plat and are each 60 feet wide. Intersections of alley carry a 5 ft* cut off at each corner and eac each alley is 14 feet wide.
