The annexed Plat of Marquette Park Ord. Addition to the City of South B6d, St. Joseph. County, Indiana is a plat of to tollowing described property. Beginning at a point on the South line of Hamilton Street, twenty-fiv* (25') nest of the South east of Johnson and Hamilton Shree-te, thence Rest along the south line of Hamilton Street three hundred five and one -half - root (3054)`, thence South two hundred. seventy-nine and tiwonty-six hundreths feet," (279.26') to the North line of Marquette Park First (lst.) Addition, thence east along said North fte of Marquette Park First Addition three hundred: Five aid,. axd one-half feet (30541) to a point twenty-five foot (25' )' west of the East lin Line of Johnson Street, thence North two hundred seventy-nine and twenty-six huAdreths feet (279.26•-) to the place of beginning.
