Hearing bad on Improvement Resolution NO,.1165 for the grade, curb and walk on Wall Street from Clifford Court to Twelfth Street and from Sixteenth Street to Nineteenth Street in 'the City of South Bend, .Indiana. Upon said hearing remonstrators appeared but no written remonstrance filed. No petitioners, present.. The Board after due consideration decided and herebv rescinded all action on said Resolution and the same is hereby lnall things rescinded.
