N. Barnes is the lowwst and best <br />bidder and hereby lets the contract for said improvement to them and orders that <br />.said improvement be made with woncrete and all -proceedings heretofore had in this <br />matter are hereby confirmed and ratified. <br />L. HONER <br />Attested:" n <br />Veronica C..Sweeney <br />Clerk of the Board <br />Dated this 1st. day of May 1923. 1 <br />Concerning the improvement of the roadway of Huson Avenue fn mPortage <br />Avenue to Riverside Drive by resurfacing with asphalt, asphaltic concrete, <br />bitulithic, concrete or brick, in pursuance to Resolution No. 1112 this Board fit <br />finds that no petition has been filed with. said Board by a majority in number of <br />the freeholders residing•on said street to be improved, requesting that it, be <br />improved with a different kind of pavement than the kind heretofore adopted by th. <br />the Board in its preliminary order; and the City Engineer reports that the White <br />Construction is the lowest and best, bidder for the kind of pavement heretfore <br />adopted by the Board, and the Board finds that, the White Construction Co. -is the <br />lowest, and best bidder and hereby lets he contract for said improvement to them si <br />and orders that said improvement be made with Sheet Asphalt using Mexican Asphalt, <br />and all proceedings heretfore had in this matter are hereby confirmed and rats. <br />Pied. <br />L.
