<br />Petition filed by eight property owners requesting that Fox Stret
<br />between west lin a of Miami Street to East line og High Street be paved with
<br />asphaltic concrete. Same not in majority petition -reed and placed on file.
<br />Concerning the improvement, of the roadway of Fox Street from Miaih
<br />Street to East line of High Street with asphalt, asphaltic concrete, bitulithic,
<br />concrete or brick, in pursuance to Resolution No. 1113 this Board finds that
<br />no petition has been filed with said Board by a majority in number of the freehold
<br />holders residing on said street to be improved, requesting that it be improved
<br />with a.different kine of paveM ent then the kind heretofore w¢opted by -the Board in
<br />Its preliminary orderi'.and the City Engineer reports that the White Construction
<br />Company is the lowest and best bidder for the kind of pavement heretofore adopted
<br />by the Board, and the Board finds that the White`Construetion Company is the 10 Ict
<br />and best bidder and hereby lets the contract for said improvement to them and
<br />orders that said improvement be made with Sheet Asphalt using Mexican Asphalt and
<br />all proceedings here*ogore had in this matter are -hereby confirmed and ratified.

<br />ment heretofore adopted by the Board, and the BoArd finds that the,Williston
<br />Construction Company is the lowest and best bidder and that said improvement, be mat
<br />.-made with Asphaltic Concrete using Mexican _ppha;lt and all proceedings heretofore
<br />had in this matter are hereby confirmed and awtified.
