<br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend,
<br />St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, That it is deemend;necessary ti improve Randolph
<br />Street from Caroline Street'to Robinson Street as follows, towwit:.
<br />Said street shall be? graded from property line o t property line to the
<br />established grade, and cement sidewalk and cement curb shall be constructed on both
<br />sides of said street. -All as is more particularly shown and all in accordance with
<br />the plans, profiles, detail drawings and. specifications on file in the Office of the
<br />Department of Public works of the City of South Bend',' Indiana.

<br />St. Joseph County, State of indiana4 That it is deemed necessary to improve Elwood Avenue
<br />from Wilber Street to O'Brien Street as follows, to -wit:..
<br />Said avenue shall be graded from property 1-ine to property line to
<br />the established grade, and cement sidewalk and cement curb shall be,constructed on both
<br />sides of said Elwood Avenue, All as is more particularly shown and all in accordance with
