50, R E S O L U T I O N. Resolves that the report of the City Engineer upon the petition of Lucy J. Tasher an others as petition and waiver approved March. 1923 for the reaassessments of certain newly platted Its in Lucy J. Tusher Addition to the.City of South Bend, Indiana., abutting on the following street. Trunk sewer on Michigan Street from 25 ft. north of Fairview Street.to 2000 feet south of center of Donmoyer Avenue under Improvement Resolution No, 747. Assessment roll number 1238., be�'and 'is hereby adopted and 'approved, and each of the lots described in said Engineer's report is now reassessed with each of unpaid 'original improvement assessments ; and it is now ordered that a reassessment roll, setting forth the,.number and description of each.subdivided lot or tract, of`Iand, be made of the respective owners thereof, the -amount and name o-f tITe reassessment against each lot or parcel of.land, including its share or interest thereon now due, and such penalties and costs as may be due, against the original lots or tracts of lance for said original assessmgni, be prepared and delivered to the City Treasurer, approved this 4th. day of April 1923. SLAUGHTER President. - Concerning the improvement of the roadway of Eckman Street from Michigan Street to Fellows Street in the City of South Bend, Indiana, eyith asphalt, asphaltic concrete, bitulithic, brick in pursuance to Resolution No . 1133 this being the day sat, for the making of. the preliminary order designating the kind off' pavement, the Board at 10:00-A.M.- Tuesday April 3rd., 1923 publicly opened read and conSidered all bids, and then continued their meeting to Wednesdor April 4th.9 1923-at 7:15 P.M. Now on last named date the Hoard designated.Asphaltie concrete as the kind of pavement with which said street is to be improved with all and fixe$ the 16th. day of April 19,3 at 10:00 A.M. as the time when petitions for changing the kind of pavement must be filed, and the Board hereby continues this matter until the 17th. day Qf April 1923 at 10:00 A.M.
