Scott Street. At the intersection of Scott Street and the tracks of said railroad, the surface of said street shall be depressed three__-_ (2) feet.below the topN=ef the south rail of the west bound main track as now maintained at said'intersection, the elevation of said rail..being,` 64.20 when referred to South Bend datum and 149.41 alien referred to New York Central datum. Clearance shall be twelve and one-half.(12) feet between the surface of the: street as fixed above and the superstructure over said street; the grade of the approach of said street;north-from the north line of the superstructure shall -be a•straight line until: it intersects the present grade of Scott Street at the south line of Dunn Street, and the grade of the approachfromthe south line of the super- structure shall be a straight line until it -intersects the present grade - of Scott Street at the north line of Ford Street. I Prairie Avenue: At the intersection of Prairie Avenue and the tracks of said railroad, the surface of said Avenue, where it intersects the tracks leading to the Studebaker Plant and to the team yard, shall be depressed seven and forty nine hundredths (7.49) feet below the top of the south rail of the west bound main track as now maintained, the elevation of said south rail being 64.28 when referred to South Bend. datum an&.149.49 when referred to New York Central datum. Clearance shall be. twelve and one-half (12*) feet between the surface of the avenue as fixed above and the superstructure of the tracks leading•to the team yard and Studebaker plant. The grade of the approach of Said Avenue north from :the north line of the superstructure carrying the tracks to -the team_yard and Studebaker Plant shall be an ascending grade of three (3) feet .to each one hundred (100) feet and the grade of the approach south from the south line of the southerly superstructure 84all be an ascending grade of three (8).feet to each one hundred (100).feet until it intersects the present grade of Prairie Avenue except that vertical curves -sixty (60) feet in length shall be provided at the upper and lower ends of the approaches. That Prairie Avenue has been ins creased in width tea (10) feet. south of the right of , gray of said rail- road to 'a total width 0- seventy ,- (70) feet, and it.,'Isordered that ' said Avenue be opened to a width of seventy (70) feet Across said right of dray, and that'a subway shall be constructed for seid width of.seventy (70) feat. The'grade of Taylor Street:; which intersects Prairie Avenue, shall be changed`, beginning at the grade of said Prairie Avenue as established above: there shall bean ascending grade north of three (3) feet to each one hundred (100) feet until it intersects the present grade of - said Street, except that a vertical curve sixty (60) feet in length shall be provided at the upper end of the approach.
