Tbo as thru an omission in emumerating the streets to be paved in the petition and waiver filed Ostemo Street was not included as was intended. THEREFORE, we the 1;n4ersigned -beftg-all o-f the persons owing property on Ostemo Ave., from the west line of 1r6gga1siStrce•t to Marquette Ave, do hereby petition that sadd avenue loe paved and otha"ise Improved and included in Resolution No. 1530, and that in all things mid Ostemo Street be included in original resolution as tho it had been there Included in the first inetance.
