REGULAR MEETING <br />The regular meeting o f <br />9:35 a.m., on Monday, <br />with Mr. Leszczynski, <br />present. Also present <br />JUNE 15, 1981 <br />the Board of Public Works was convened at <br />June 15, 1981, by President John E. Leszczynski, <br />Mr. Richard L. Hill and Mr. Joseph E. Kernan <br />was Deputy City Attorney Terry A. Crone. <br />MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING APPROVED <br />Upon a motion made by lair. Hill, seconded by Mr. Leszczynski and <br />carried, the minutes of the June 8, 1981, regular meeting of the <br />Board were approved as submitted. <br />AGENDA ITEM ADDED <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and <br />carried, the matter of the sale of 208 Chapin Street was added to <br />the agenda following the contract for First Bank Center Sitework. <br />OPENING OF BIDS- LEASE /PURCHASE OF COPYING MACHINE (COMMUNITY DEVELOP.) <br />This was the date set for receiving and opening sealed bids for the <br />lease /purchase of one copying machine for the Department of Community <br />Development. The Clerk tendered.proofs of publication of notice in <br />the South Bend Tribune and the Tri- County News which were found to <br />be sufficient.
