REGULAR MEETING <br />MAY 4. 1981 <br />It was noted that the above certificates covered work being done <br />on the First Bank Center Project. <br />APPROVAL OF HANDICAPPED PARKING PERMITS <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and <br />carried, the following handicapped parking permits were approved <br />and referred to the Deputy Controller's Office for issuance: <br />Elizabeth DeRuyver, 17410 State Rd. 23, S.B. <br />Marguerite Curry, 1422 E. LaSalle, S.B. <br />Albert Ferrell, 1602 Fassnacht, S.B. <br />Mary E. Ehman, 910 E. Sorin, S.B. <br />Noble Simmons, Jr., 3113 Northside Blvd. S.B. <br />Mrs. V. Fay Gillett, 122 E. Farneman, S.B. <br />Gladys R. Ankney, 1701 N. Merrifield, Mish. <br />APPROVAL OF CONTRACTOR'S BOND - C. E. STAFFORD CONSTRUCTION, INC. <br />Mr. Ray S. Andrysiak recommended approval of the Contractor's Bond <br />of C. E. Stafford Construction, 111 South Cherry Street, South Bend, <br />following his review of the Bond. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, <br />seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the Contractor's Bond was approved. <br />FILING OF STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORT <br />The report indicated a total of 21 outages for the period of April <br />20 through April 30, 1981. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, <br />seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the report was filed. <br />APPROVAL OF CLAIMS <br />Chief Deputy Controller Sherrie L. Petz submitted Claim Docket No. <br />7513 through No. 7819 and recommended approval. Upon a motion made <br />by Mr. Hill, seconded by Mr. Leszczynski and carried, the report was <br />filed and the claims approved. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a <br />motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, <br />the meeting was adjourned at 9:50 a.m. <br />e E.
