REGULAR MEETING MARCH 23, 1981 <br />APPROVAL OF HANDICAPPED PARKING PERMITS <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and <br />carried, the following handicapped parking permits were approved <br />and referred to the Deputy Controller's Office for issuance: <br />Claude B. Michigan, S.B. <br />FILING OF CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Kernan and <br />carried, the following Certificate of Insurance was filed: <br />Raymond R. Bradford <br />1518 Catalpa Street, S.B. <br />APPROVE CANCELLATION OF EXCAVATION BONDS <br />Mr. Ray S. Andrysiak recommended cancellation of Excavation. Bonds <br />for Chuck & Sons Plumbing & Heating and River City Concrete "Company, <br />effective March 23, 1981. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, <br />seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the above bonds were cancelled. <br />APPROVE CONTRACTOR'S BOND - JAMES J. SOLMOS <br />Mr. Ray S. Andrysiak recommended approval of the Contractor's bond <br />of James J. Solmos following his review of the bond. Upon a motion <br />made by Mr. Hill, seconded by Mr. Leszczynski and carried, the above <br />bond was approved. <br />APPROVAL OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN -UP OF LOTS <br />A request from the Neighborhood Code Enforcement Office was received <br />for permission to have city environmental crews clean the following <br />lots within the city: <br />418 <br />Birdsell <br />605 <br />S. Wellington <br />809 <br />Harrison <br />1620 <br />Williams <br />It was noted that property owners had been advised to cleanup the <br />lots and had failed to comply. Upon a motion made by Mr. Hill, <br />seconded by Mr. Leszczynski and carried, the request was approved. <br />FILING OF STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORT <br />Mr. Leszczynski stated that the Engineering Department had again toured <br />the city to document the number of lights out and their locations. He <br />advised that there were 88 new outages listed and 30 outages that: <br />were previously reported were still out for a total of 118.outages. <br />Also listed were outages in the 1200 to 1300 block of Ridgedale and <br />the 200 to 900 blocks of North Eddy. Upon a motion made by Mr. <br />Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Kernan and carried, the street light <br />outage report was filed and referred to I & M for appropriate action. <br />
