Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, <br />seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the request was approved. <br />APPROVAL OF TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and <br />carried, the following traffic control devices were approved: <br />LaMonte Terrace (Park Avenue to Lafayette) - Installation <br />of One -Way eastbound with parking restricted to north <br />side only during winter months. <br />Mr. Leszczynski stated that the above traffic control device was <br />in response to a petition received by residents on December 29, 1980 <br />634 North Lafayette - Installation of Residential Parking Zone <br />Mr. Leszczynski stated that the above traffic control device was <br />in response to a request from the owner of the building, Dr. John <br />Leipold, who rented out part of the building for two apartments. <br />911 South Michgan Removal of 15 Minute Parking and revision <br />to One -Hour Parking. <br />Dubail east.of High Street - Removal of No Parking, Passenger <br />Loading Zone. <br />FILING OF DECEMBER REPORT AND ANNUAL REPORT - ST. JOSEPH <br />COUNTY HUMANE SOCIETY <br />The reports indicated a total of 227 dogs handled in South Bend for <br />December (3,367 for 1980); a total of 94 cats in December (1,799 <br />for 1980); and a total of 14 other animals for December (438 for 1980). <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and <br />carried, the reports were filed. <br />APPROVAL OF HANDICAPPED PARKING PERMITS <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and <br />carried, the following handicapped parking permits were approved <br />and referred to the Deputy Controller's Office for issuance: <br />Robert W.
