Such service could be available ''upon demand by <br />residents of the area without additional expense to the City. <br />SECTION IV. Existing sanitary sewer service is in place <br />in Cleveland Road adjacent to the territory to be annexed, <br />and is immediately available to service the territory without <br />additional expenditures on the part of thelCity of South Bend. <br />SECTION V. The Board finds that no storm and water <br />drainage problems exist within the territory to be annexed <br />and none are likely to arise within the foreseeable future. <br />SECTION VI.
