REGULAR MEETING <br />OCTOBER 6, 1980 <br />advised that the easement was proper. Upon motion made by Mr. <br />McMahon, seconded by Mr. Kernan and carried,!,the Assessment Roll <br />was approved and said resolution is in all things ratified and <br />confirmed and said proceedings closed. <br />ASSESSMENT ROLL HEARING - VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 3496, 1980 <br />(EUCLID ADDITION) <br />This being the date set, hearing was held on <br />with respect to Vacation Resolution No. 3496 <br />vacation of the first alley north of Northsi <br />west from Clover to the intersecting north -s <br />Lots 108 and 109 in Euclid Park Subdivision, <br />The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of <br />Bend Tribune and the Tri- County News which w <br />sufficient.
