REGULAR MEETING OCTOBER 6, 1980 advised that the easement was proper. Upon motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Kernan and carried,!,the Assessment Roll was approved and said resolution is in all things ratified and confirmed and said proceedings closed. ASSESSMENT ROLL HEARING - VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 3496, 1980 (EUCLID ADDITION) This being the date set, hearing was held on with respect to Vacation Resolution No. 3496 vacation of the first alley north of Northsi west from Clover to the intersecting north -s Lots 108 and 109 in Euclid Park Subdivision, The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of Bend Tribune and the Tri- County News which w sufficient.
