Wadzinski, Manager of the Bureau of Traffic and Lighting, <br />recommended Board approval of the block party request in the 300 -400 <br />blocks of Parkovash on Saturday, August 23, 1980, from 2:00 p.m. to <br />10:00 p.m. Upon a motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. <br />Kernan and carried, the block party was approved. <br />APPROVAL OF MUSCULAR DYSTROPHY RUN <br />Mr. Ralph J.
