Szuba, 3824 Miami Street, South Bend, Indiana, <br />was rejected upon a motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. <br />Hill and carried. The bid was received at 9:45 a.m. <br />APPROVAL OF DOCUMENTS - FIRST BANK CENTER- MARRIOTT HOTEL PROJECT <br />Mr. Thomas J. Brunner, Legal counsel representing the city on the <br />First Bank Project, submitted the following documents for Board <br />approval and execution: <br />1. Assignment of Rights to Agreements <br />2. Total Site Plan <br />Mr. Brunner explained that the above agreements were follow -up <br />agreements to the documents previously signed and approved by the <br />Board on July 14, 1980. He explained that the first agreement, <br />being an Assignment of Rights to Agreements concerned the receipt <br />by Aetna of assignments from Rahn for the Conveyance, Joint Development <br />and Maintenance Agreements. Aetna was requesting additional collateral, <br />and the city would be giving its consent to the assignment. The <br />second document involved approval of the total site plan. Upon a <br />motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Kernan and carried, the <br />Assignment of Rights to Agreements and the Total Site Plan were <br />approved. <br />
