ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 5032 MIAMI ST., COUNCILMAN IC DISTRICT FIVE (5) IN THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT <br />The property located at 5032 Miami St., South Bend, is currently zoned Single <br />Family Residential and is a rental house with multiple tenants. We propose <br />rezoning the parcel to Office District for the new construction of a 6000 SF single <br />tenant office building for the new home of Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance, St. <br />Joseph County. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City <br />of South Bend, Indiana as follows: <br />SECTION 1.
