21 -12 (f) (7) Special Conditions <br />Upon the consideration of the factors listed in Section 21-12 (f), and the purposes <br />of this ordinance, the St. Joseph County Area Board of Zoning Appeals may <br />attach such conditions to the granting of variances as it deems necessary to further <br />the purposes of this ordinance. <br />Section 2.
