The <br />purpose of this ordinance is to correct scrivener errors in the floodplain regulations that <br />were recently adopted by the City and approved by the Indiana Department of Natural <br />Resources on behalf of the Federal Emergency Management Agency. The new <br />regulations and maps will be effective on January 6, 2011. <br />Please place this proposed ordinance on the January 10, 2011, Common Council agenda <br />for first reading.
