CERTIFICATE OF LEGAL NON - CONFORMING USE <br />NCU Case # <br />1, Charles Bulot, Building Commissioner of the South Bend / St. Joseph County, Indiana Building <br />Department, and Zoning Administrator for the South Bend and St. Joseph County Zoning Ordinances, have <br />reviewed the Application for Certificate of Legally Established Non - conforming Use submitted by <br />concerning the following real estate: <br />Address: <br />Legal Description: <br />Tax Ivey Number: <br />Upon the authority granted by the respective zoning ordinance, I hereby issue the Certificate of Legal Non - <br />Conforming Use as to the following use: <br />As of the date of issuance of this Certificate, the nonconforming use described in bold type, above, is <br />deemed to be legally established. This certificate may be rescinded if the information provided by the <br />applicant is discovered to be false, or new information is brought forward.
