Land planners <br />December 16, 2010 <br />Please accept this letter as our written cost quote to provide you with <br />Planning and Surveying services to create a Two (2) Lot Minor Subdivision for a <br />proposed user locating to the property on the Northwest corner of Chapin Street <br />and Oliver Plow Court, South Bend, Indiana. <br />After our discussion of the project today, I would suggest the following as <br />our scope of work for this project: <br />Part I: Pre aration of a Two 12 )'Lot Minor Subdivision for project site): <br />Z). Preparation of a Two (2) Lot Minor Subdivision Plat as required by the <br />City of South Bend Subdivision standards for the project site including <br />Application forms, property owners list for owners within 300 ft, of <br />subdivision, a Primary/ Secondary Plat, filing fees. <br />2). Staking of lot corners. <br />3). Field verify the location of the recently constructed storm sewer line so <br />that an easement can be created on the subdivision plat for the sewer line. <br />Cost for this project would be $ 3,850 plus any review fees for the <br />subdivision, which would be approximately $ 3251 <br />1643 Commerce Drive .
