There is an interested party who may relocate their business to <br />the eastern portion of Lot 8. The land area needed for their new location is approximately <br />4.64 acres of Lot 8. <br />To accommodate the sale of this 4.64 acre section of Lot 8, it needs to be subdivided into <br />two parcels. This proposal from Danch Harner is to do the necessary work for this to be <br />completed. <br />Project services cost is $3,850, plus possible review fees of $325. Staff requests a not -to- <br />exceed amount of $4,175, in the event any review work would be required. <br />Staff requests approval of this Professional Services Agreement, to allow Lot 8 to be <br />subdivided and ultimately sold for new development. <br />What We Do Today Makes A Difference! <br />
