Airport Economic Development Area <br />(2) continued... <br />Mr. Varner asked if the property would be <br />coming off the tax rolls since it will be a non- <br />profit. Mr. Loeser agreed that it would. <br />Ms. King made a motion to approve the <br />Consent to Modification of Deed Restrictions <br />for 1915 N. Bendix Dr. Mr. Downes <br />seconded the motion. The motion carried on <br />a vote of four to one with Mr. Varner <br />opposed. <br />(3) Staff report on acquisition of property (St. <br />Vincent DePaul Store, LaSalle Square) <br />Mr. Mathia noted that staff requests <br />permission to obtain appraisals of the St. <br />Vincent DePaul Store at LaSalle Square, in <br />anticipation of acquiring the property. Staff <br />intends to put forward a resolution at its next <br />meeting to add the property to its acquisition <br />list. Commissioners have been aware of the <br />plan to take this action. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. King, seconded by <br />Mr. Alford and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission authorized the staff to obtain <br />appraisals of the St. Vincent DePaul store in <br />anticipation of amending the Airport <br />Economic Development Area Development <br />Plan to add the property to its List of <br />Properties to be Acquired. <br />(4) Administrative Settlement for acquisition <br />of 627 W. Indiana Ave. <br />Mr. Relos noted that on October 15, 2010 the <br />12 <br />COMMISSION AUTHORIZED ITS PRESIDENT OR <br />REDEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR TO SIGN THE <br />CONSENT TO MODIFICATION OF DEED <br />RESTRICTIONS AFTER THE NECESSARY <br />REQUIREMENTS HAVE BEEN MET (1915 N. <br />BENDIX) <br />COMMISSION AUTHORIZED THE STAFF TO <br />OBTAIN APPRAISALS OF THE ST. VINCENT <br />DEPAUL STORE IN ANTICIPATION OF AMENDING <br />THE AIRPORT ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AREA <br />DEVELOPMENT PLAN TO ADD THE PROPERTY TO <br />ITS LIST OF PROPERTIES TO BE ACQUIRED <br />
