REGULAR MEETING <br />STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORT FILED <br />SEPTEMBER 18, 1978 <br />The Street Light Outage Report for the period August 31 through <br />September 11 was submitted to the Board. The report indicated <br />sixty -six outages. Upon motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by <br />Mr. Mullen and carried, the report was ordered filed. <br />COMPLAINT - EXCESSIVE NOISE AT ARMED FORCES RESERVE CENTER <br />Eugene Minnick, 1922 Kemble Avenue, advised the Board that loud <br />music and traffic noise late at night are causing a problem for <br />residents in the area of the Armed Forces Reserve Center at <br />1901 Kemble Avenue. Mr. Minnick noted this is a residential <br />neighborhood. He also questioned whether or not a Reserve <br />Center, which is supported by taxpayers, should be rented out to <br />private groups. Mr. Brunner noted that this is the first such <br />complaint received by the Board and said the Legal Department <br />would investigate it and make a report within a week.. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon <br />motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Brunner and carried, <br />the meeting adjourned at 10:15 a.m. <br />Peter H.
