Recreation Department <br />Two Bit Theatre Presentation on July 26 on the Supergraphic <br />Block. <br />Michiana Jazz Band on July 30 at 7:00 p.m. <br />Some parking will need to be removed from the Supergraphic <br />block for both events and the parking lot at the southeast <br />corner of Michigan and Washington will be needed for the <br />band concert. Miss Dobski is to coordinate parking removal <br />with Captain Sweitzer. <br />Upon motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Mullen and <br />carried, the applications were approved. <br />C. Nancy Russo for Corvilla, facility for the handicapped. <br />Display booth for sale of tickets for musicial performance <br />with all proceeds to go to Corvilla. <br />Upon motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Mullen and carried, <br />the application was approved. <br />D. Harvest Festival sponsored by R.E.A.L. Services, Inc. on <br />August 10th from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., selling home made <br />non -food items. Upon motion made by Mr. Mullen, seconded <br />by Mr. McMahon, and carried, the application was approved. <br />D. Art Fair sponsored by the Downtown Council on August 11 and 12 <br />from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the Robertson's and Baer's <br />blocks. <br />Upon motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by.Mr. Mullen and carried <br />the application was approved. <br />CLAIMS APPROVED <br />Michael L. Vance, Deputy City Controller, submitted to the Board <br />Claim Docket Numbers 13547 to 14236 and recommended approval. <br />Upon motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Mullen and <br />carried, the Board approved Claim Docket Numbers 13547 to 14236 <br />and directed that checks for payment be issued. <br />BOND APPROVED <br />Ray S. Andrysiak, Bureau of;Engineering, reported to the Board that <br />a Contractor's Bond for Harold Jedrzejewski, Jr., was properly <br />executed and could be approved. Upon motion made by Mr. McMahon, <br />seconded by Mr. Mullen and carried, the bond was approved. <br />STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORT FILED <br />The Street Light Outage Report for the period July 13 to 18 was <br />submitted to the Board.
