64 <br />REGULAR MEE'T'ING <br />STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORT FILED <br />MARCH 27, 1978 <br />The Street Light Outage Report for the period March 21 through <br />24 was submitted to the Board. The report indicated seven outages. <br />Upon motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Brunner and <br />carried, the report was ordered filed. <br />BID ADVERTISING APPROVED - LEASE OF VEHICLE <br />Elroy Kelzenberg, Director of Manpower and Training, requested <br />that the Board advertise for bids for the lease of a vehicle <br />to be used by the Youth Services Bureau. The lease agreement would <br />be funded through CETA. Mr. Kelzenberg noted that the mileage <br />claims for the Youth Services Bureau are averaging about $150 a <br />month. There is need for a vehicle to permit staff members to <br />visit work sites of Youth Services Bureau clients, to pick up <br />and deliver time sheets and to monitor work schedules. The cost <br />of the lease will average approximately $115 per month, over a <br />two -year period. Upon.motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by <br />Mr. Brunner and carried, the Board approved the request to <br />advertise for bids and sealed bids are to be received on Monday, <br />April 10, 1978. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon <br />motion made by Mr. McMahon, and carried, the meeting adjourned <br />at 10:25 a.m. <br />ATTEST: <br />Patricia DeClercq, Clerk <br />C <br />1 <br />r <br />
