<br />Deputy City Attorney Terry A. Crone advised the Board that the
<br />bids of the Arco Engineering Construction Company and of Bituminous
<br />Materials were defective in that the non - collusion affidavits were
<br />not notarized. Upon motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr.
<br />Brunner and carried the bids of Arco Engineering Construction Company
<br />and Bituminous Materials were rejected as being defective and the
<br />bids which were read were referred to the Street Department for
<br />review and recommendation.
