l <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />APPROVAL OF CETA SUBGRANT AND MODIFICATIONS <br />MAY 5, 1980 <br />A grant between the Bureau of.Employment and Training and the Historic <br />Preservation Commission was submitted for approval. The contract <br />period runs from October 1, 1979 to August .13, 1980. Upon a <br />motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, <br />the grant was approved. NOTE: Modification to agreement which <br />extended the grant to September 30, 1980, and called for a <br />budget of $150 was approved on April 28, 1980. At that time, <br />it was discovered that the agreement had never been submitted <br />for approval. <br />Modification No. 1 was submitted to the agreement with the Chamber <br />of Commerce which provided an administrative budget of $125 for <br />costs associated with contract administration. It was noted <br />that all other parts of the initial agreement remained unchanged. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, <br />the modification was approved. <br />Modification No. 1 was submitted to the agreement with the Family <br />and Children's Center which provided an administrative budget of <br />$450 for costs associated with contract administration. It was <br />noted that all other parts of the initial agreement remained <br />unchanged. Upon a motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. <br />Hill and carried, the modification was approved. <br />Modification No. 1 was submitted to the agreement with the First <br />United Methodist Day Care Center which provided an administrative <br />budget of $450 for costs associated with contract administration. <br />It was noted that all other parts of the initial agreement <br />remained unchanged. Upon a motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded <br />by Mr. Hill and carried, the modification was approved. <br />Modification No. 1 was submitted to the agreement with the Justice <br />of Peace Center which provided for an administrative budget of <br />$450 for costs associated with contract administration. It was <br />noted that all other parts of the initial agreement remained <br />unchanged. Upon a motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. <br />Kernan and carried, the modification was approved. <br />Modification No. 2 was submitted to the agreement with Primary <br />Day School which provided an administrative budget of $450 for <br />costs associated with contract administration. It was noted that <br />all other parts of the initial agreement remained unchanged. Upon <br />a motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Kernan and carried, <br />the modification was approved. <br />STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORT <br />The report indicated a total of four outages for the period of <br />April 24, 1980, through May 1, 1980.
