l REGULAR MEETING APPROVAL OF CETA SUBGRANT AND MODIFICATIONS MAY 5, 1980 A grant between the Bureau of.Employment and Training and the Historic Preservation Commission was submitted for approval. The contract period runs from October 1, 1979 to August .13, 1980. Upon a motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the grant was approved. NOTE: Modification to agreement which extended the grant to September 30, 1980, and called for a budget of $150 was approved on April 28, 1980. At that time, it was discovered that the agreement had never been submitted for approval. Modification No. 1 was submitted to the agreement with the Chamber of Commerce which provided an administrative budget of $125 for costs associated with contract administration. It was noted that all other parts of the initial agreement remained unchanged. Upon a motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the modification was approved. Modification No. 1 was submitted to the agreement with the Family and Children's Center which provided an administrative budget of $450 for costs associated with contract administration. It was noted that all other parts of the initial agreement remained unchanged. Upon a motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the modification was approved. Modification No. 1 was submitted to the agreement with the First United Methodist Day Care Center which provided an administrative budget of $450 for costs associated with contract administration. It was noted that all other parts of the initial agreement remained unchanged. Upon a motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the modification was approved. Modification No. 1 was submitted to the agreement with the Justice of Peace Center which provided for an administrative budget of $450 for costs associated with contract administration. It was noted that all other parts of the initial agreement remained unchanged. Upon a motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Kernan and carried, the modification was approved. Modification No. 2 was submitted to the agreement with Primary Day School which provided an administrative budget of $450 for costs associated with contract administration. It was noted that all other parts of the initial agreement remained unchanged. Upon a motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Kernan and carried, the modification was approved. STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORT The report indicated a total of four outages for the period of April 24, 1980, through May 1, 1980. Upon a motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the report was filed. [1 1 7
