REGULAR MEETING TABLE CONTRACT WITH FARGO COMPANY - CETA MARCH 24, 1980 ON• Upon a motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the proposed contract between the Bureau of Employment and Training and the Fargo Company was tabled. APPROVAL OF CETA MODIFICATIONS AND SUBGRANT AGREEMENT The Board received Modification No. 4 to the CETA Subgrant Agree- ment with the Housing Authority which corrected an error by changing the subgrant period dates to October 1, 1979, through September 30, 1980; and further corrected a budget title and associated fringe benefits. All other parts of the Initial Agreement and of modifications thereto remained unchanged. Upon a motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Kernan and carried, the modification was approved. The Board received Modification No. 3 to the CETA Subgrant Agree- ment with Indiana University which increased the administrative budget by $2,900 for costs associated with public service employment contract administration; and further modified the project by extending the end date through August 15, 1980, and modified the statement of work /training, and provided a project budget extension period which added $2,080 for classroom instruction and $3,460 for rental of training equipment. All other portions remained unchanged. Upon a motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the modification was approved. The Board received a Subgrant Agreement with Specialized Transporta- tion of St. Joseph County at a cost of $1,867 for a two -month period. Upon a motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the agreement was approved. APPROVAL OF HANDICAPPED PARKING PERMITS The Board received applications from the following persons for handicapped parking permits: McKinley Gibbs 1203 Lincolnway West South Bend, Indiana James Batalis 918 North Allen South Bend, Indiana Dan Marshall 5117 West Linden South Bend, Indiana The above applications were new requests and a doctor's certificate was attached to each. Upon a motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the applications were approved and referred to the Controller's Office for issuance. FILING OF CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE - TONN &BLANK, INC. The Board received a Certificate of Insruanr_e for Tonn & Blank, Inc. Upon a motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Kernan and carried, the Certificate was filed. STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORT The report indicated three outages and an undetermined amount of lights in the downtown area, for the period covering March 14, 1980, through March 18, 1980. Upon a motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Kernan and carried, the report was filed.
