Airport Economic Development Area <br /> <br />(1) Proposal for Phase II Environmental Site <br />Assessment at 122 E. Sample St. (Enyart <br />Electric Motor Repair) <br /> <br />Mr. Relos noted that a Phase I environmental <br />site assessment was completed by Phifer <br />Environmental on 122 E. Sample Street, the <br />Enyart Electric Motor Repair property, on <br />July 6, 2010. The Phase I revealed certain <br />Recognized Environmental Conditions. A <br />Phase II is recommended to ensure the <br />building’s industrial use as an electric motor <br />repair and service shop have not <br />contaminated surrounding soil. <br /> <br />Phifer Environmental proposes doing four <br />Geoprobe soil borings to a depth of up to <br />thirty feet for laboratory testing. The soil <br />boring locations will then be used to gather <br />ground water which will be tested. The data <br />will be reviewed and compiled into a Phase <br />II report with an opinion on whether further <br /> 8 <br /> <br />
