South Bend Central Development Area <br /> <br />(1) continued… <br /> <br />Mr. Varner noted that much of the discussion <br />about the bond and improvements implies <br />that there will be a lot of additional business <br />or attendance or revenue at the Cove. He <br />believes that in twenty-five years South Bend <br />has established its baseball market.
