PHASE - Implementation I) Development of Arcl7itectural Design Standards for the Park.- This scope of this service is to outline the design requirements to be utilized in the aesthetic development of all future buildings in the Park. These requirements will include siting of buildings, 4 -sided design of the exterior, scale and footprint of the buildings, offsets from property lines and rooflines. The requirements will also list standards for finish materials, architectural character and detailing of the fagade of the buildings. 2) Site Worklnitial Budgeting: The scope of this service is to allow the owner to attain the funding necessary to accelerate site work in the Park as it relates to the general infrastructures. This fee does not include the initial design of the infrastructure, only the cost to estimate its magnitude and probable cost for the purpose of funding procurement. For the following parts of this process, BSA LifeStructures would propose a fee structure as follows: PARTA: Land Use Planning /Assessment Design /Assessment Fee (utilizing a local consultant to assist) $15,500 Production of Deliverables (11X17 booklet) $ 3,000 Reimbursable Allowance (travel and other standard reimbursables) $ 2,500 Total PARTA $21,000* *Assumes all existing information and site investigation is complete and adequate. If this work needs to be completed as part of this process it will be billed as a reimbursable and marked up 159b for administration of the work. PART B: Visioning and Master Planning Master Planning Fee $18,000 Production of Deliverables (11X17 booklet and renderings) $ 6,000 Reimbursable Allowance (travel and other standard reimbursables) $ 3,000 Total PART B $27,000 PHASE 1- IMPLEMENTATION
