Reference source not found.Page 2 of 4 <br />Present the campus Master Plan to the Owner and Key Stakeholders for review and <br />comment. <br />PHASE - Implementation <br />I) Development of Arcl7itectural Design Standards for the Park.- <br />This scope of this service is to outline the design requirements to be utilized in the <br />aesthetic development of all future buildings in the Park. These requirements will include <br />siting of buildings, 4 -sided design of the exterior, scale and footprint of the buildings, <br />offsets from property lines and rooflines. The requirements will also list standards for <br />finish materials, architectural character and detailing of the fagade of the buildings. <br />2) Site Worklnitial Budgeting: <br />The scope of this service is to allow the owner to attain the funding necessary to <br />accelerate site work in the Park as it relates to the general infrastructures. This fee does <br />not include the initial design of the infrastructure, only the cost to estimate its magnitude <br />and probable cost for the purpose of funding procurement. <br />For the following parts of this process, BSA LifeStructures would propose a fee structure as <br />follows: <br />PARTA: Land Use Planning /Assessment <br />Design /Assessment Fee (utilizing a local consultant to assist) $15,500 <br />Production of Deliverables (11X17 booklet) $ 3,000 <br />Reimbursable Allowance (travel and other standard reimbursables) $ 2,500 <br />Total PARTA $21,000* <br />*Assumes all existing information and site investigation is complete and adequate. If this work <br />needs to be completed as part of this process it will be billed as a reimbursable and marked up <br />159b for administration of the work. <br />PART B: Visioning and Master Planning <br />Master Planning Fee $18,000 <br />Production of Deliverables (11X17 booklet and renderings) $ 6,000 <br />Reimbursable Allowance (travel and other standard reimbursables) $ 3,000 <br />Total PART B $27,000 <br />PHASE 1- IMPLEMENTATION <br />
