Monroe County's <br />Graduation Facility will provide facilities <br />in an environment that allows new <br />companies to focus on growth. <br />The first building on the new life sciences <br />campus will include 50,000 square feet of <br />office and manufacturing space. Three <br />similarly sized future buildings are also <br />planned, fora total of approximately <br />160,000 square feet. Flexible building <br />design allows the facilities to adapt <br />as occupants change. Shared <br />administrative and marketing resources <br />provide economic efficiencies for the <br />growing companies. <br />"rte - -s <br />Pathways connect the campus to nearby <br />Cook Medical, local retail areas and the <br />rest of the City of Bloomington. <br />BSA LifeStructures provided project <br />stakeholders with a feasibility study, <br />master planning for the multi - building <br />campus, construction cost estimates and <br />preliminary facility design. <br />
