REGULAR MEETING <br />MARCH 3. 1980 <br />APPROVAL OF EXCAVATION AND CONTRACTOR BONDS - ZIOLKOWSKI CONSTRUCTION <br />Approval was requested for Excavation Bond No. B04 -34 -21 in the <br />amount of $5,000 and Contractor Bond No. B04 -34 -22 in the amount <br />of $1,000 for Ziolkowski Construction CompanNT. A recommendation <br />for approval of the bonds was submitted by Raymond S. Andrysiak. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Hill and <br />carried, the bonds were approved. <br />APPROVAL OF HANDICAPPED PARKING PERMIT <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, <br />the following permit was approved and referred to the Controller's <br />Office for issuance: <br />Catherine A. Schulz <br />604 East Farneman <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />FILING OF CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE - E- RECT -0, INC. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, <br />the Certificate of Insurance was filed. <br />STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORT <br />The report indicated 8 outages between the period of January 28, 1980, <br />through February 23, 1980. Upon a motion made by Mr. McMahon, <br />seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the report was filed. <br />APPOVAL OF CLAIMS <br />Chief Deputy Controller Michael L. Vance submitted to the Board <br />Claim Docket Numbers 3629 through 4003 and recommended approval. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Kernan and <br />carried, the claims were approved and the report filed. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a <br />motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the <br />meeting adjourned at 10:00 a.m. <br />P trick M.
