RM <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />APPROVAL OF CETA SUBGRANT MODIFICATIONS <br />FEBRUARY 18. 1980 <br />Approval was requested for Modification No. 1 to the agreement <br />with St. Vincent dePaul Society which corrected the appropriate <br />title under which a truck driver was funded to regular Title VI <br />(Title Code 55), and revised administrative costs in the amount <br />of $121. Upon a motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. <br />Hill and carried, approval was granted. <br />Approval was requested for Modification No. 2 to the agreement <br />with Hansel Neighborhood Service Center which added a travel <br />allowance of $50 per month of $450 for January through September <br />and modified the administrative budget by adding $928 for costs <br />associated with appropriate duties. All other provisions, <br />assurances and program narrative from the initial agreement <br />remained unchanged. Upon a motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded <br />by Mr. Kernan and carried, approval was granted. <br />REQUEST TO PURCHASE CITY -OWNED PROPERTY (2601 & 2609 W. LAWT <br />The Board received a request from Attorneys Roemer and Mintz on <br />behalf of their client, Thomas Kinnucan, for the purchase of the <br />property located at 2601 and 2609 West Lawton Street, legally <br />described as Lots 96.and 94 respectively of West End Subdivision. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, <br />the request was referred to the appropriate city agencies for review <br />and comments. <br />APPROVAL OF HANDICAPPED PARKING PERMIT <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Kernan and <br />carried, the following permit was approved and referred to the <br />Controller's Office for issuance: <br />Keith A. Kaser (renewal) <br />819 East Milton <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />FILING OF CHANGE RIDER - EXCAVATION BOND. ALLIED MECHANICAL CONTRACTORS <br />The Board received a change rider in the Excavation Bond No. 449E9254 <br />on behalf of Allied Mechanical Contractors, which rider amended the <br />name of the principal from Allied Mechanical Contractors to Clifford <br />Hamilton, Inc. Upon a motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. <br />Hill and carried, the change rider was filed. <br />FILING OF CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE - CITY AWNING OF SOUTH BEND <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Kernan and carried, <br />the Certificate of Insurance was filed. <br />C1 <br />
