322 <br />REGULAR MEETING JANUARY 21. 1980 <br />FILING OF CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE <br />Mr. McMahon indicated that Certificates of Insurance for the follow- <br />ing organizations had been received: <br />Cole Associates, Inc. <br />2211 E. Jefferson Blvd. <br />South Bend, Indiana 46615 <br />Rieth -Riley Construction Co., Inc. <br />311 West Madison Street <br />Goshen, Indiana 46526 <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Kernan and <br />carried, the Certificates of Insurance were filed. <br />STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORT <br />The report indicated 39 outages for the period covering January 7 <br />to January 16, 1980. Upon a motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded <br />by Mr. Kernan and carried, the report was ordered filed. <br />APPROVAL OF CLAIMS <br />Chief Deputy Controller Michael L. Vance submitted to the Board Claim <br />Docket Numbers 322 to 936 and recommended approval. Upon motion <br />made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the claims <br />were approved and the report filed. <br />APPROVE LEASE ADDENDUM - R.E.A.L. SERVICES <br />Deputy City Attorney Terry Crone submitted a Lease Addendum to <br />the lease with R.E.A.L. Services which extended the original <br />termination date of July 31, 1983, to and including July 31, <br />1988, under the same terms and conditions set out in the Lease <br />Agreement with the City of South Bend dated July 17, 1978. He <br />indicated that the addendum increased the lease term to 10 years <br />as opposed to a five year term. Upon a motion made by Mr. McMahon, <br />seconded by Mr. Hill 'and carried, the addendum was approved. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon <br />motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Kernan and carried, <br />the meeting adjourned at 10:40 a.m. <br />Richard L.
