140 <br />REGULAR 14EETING <br />JULY 23, 1979 <br />SECTION VII. The Board finds that no storm water drainage problems <br />exist within the territory to be annexed and none are likely <br />to arise within three years from the effective date of the annexation. <br />Current procedures in the City of South Bend require commercial and <br />industrial development to meet their own storm water drainage needs <br />in the development within the confines of their own property. <br />SECTION VIII. The Board finds there will be no employees of <br />other governmental entities whose jobs will be eliminated by the <br />proposed annexation. <br />SECTION IX. ELMER <br />James Markle, Building Commissioner, submitted to the Board the <br />application of Lykowski Construction Company to move a house from <br />801 S. Olive Street to 1701 N. Elmer Street. The Bureau of Traffic <br />and Lighting reviewed the route and recommends approval subject to <br />stipulations regarding the hiring of a qualified signal contractor <br />and traffic control during the move. Adjacent property owners were <br />advised of the house move and a scheduled hearing on the matter <br />today. There was no one present who wished to speak on the matter. <br />Upon motion made by Mr; McMahon, seconded by Mr. Mullen and carried, <br />the house move was approved, subject to all requirements of the <br />Building Department and the Bureau of Traffic and Lighting. <br />HOUSE MOVE APPROVED - 754 S.
