1 <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />MAY 29, 1979 <br />SIGNING OF TITLE SHEET - EXTENSION OF ROSETTA PLACE <br />The title sheet approving the plans for the extension of Rosetta <br />Place near the Airport Industrial Park was submitted to the Board <br />Upon motion made by Mr, McMahon, seconded by Mr, Mullen and <br />carried, the title sheet approving the plans was signed. <br />CLAIMS APPROVED <br />Michael L. Vance, Deputy City Controller, submitted to the Board <br />Claim Docket Numbers 9727 through 10307 and recommended that they <br />be approved. Upon motion made by Mr, McMahon, seconded by Mr. <br />Mullen and carried, the Board approved Claim Docket Numbers 9727 <br />through 10307 and directed that checks for payment be issued. <br />RIVER BEND PLAZA REQUEST APPROVED PARKING BANNED ON JUNE 9 <br />Michele Dobski, Director of River Bend Plaza, requested that the <br />Board approve the banning of parking on the Plaza, from Colfax <br />to Jefferson, on Saturday, June 9 from 8 :00 a,m. to 12:00 noon <br />in connection with the American Lung Association.Bi -Run. She <br />noted that because of the Garage Sale, parking will be needed <br />and said Joseph Paszli has no objection to use of the city -owned <br />lot at the southwest corner of Michigan and Washington. <br />Upon motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Mullen and <br />carried, the requests were approved. <br />BOND APPROVED - CULLIGAN CORPORATION <br />Ray S. Andrysiak, Bureau of Engineering, reported to the Board <br />that an Excavation Bond written on behalf of the Culligan <br />Corporation had been properly executed and was being submitted <br />for approval. Upon motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by <br />Mr. Mullen and carried, the bond was approved. <br />STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORT FILED <br />The Street Light Outage Report for the period May 17 to 23 was <br />submitted to the Board fox ,its review. :and..filin.g The report <br />indicated twelve outages. Upon motion made by Mr. McMahon, <br />seconded by Mr. Mullen and carried, the report was ordered filed. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon <br />motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Mullen and carried, <br />
