0 <br />28 <br />REGULAR MEETING APRIL 23,, 1979 <br />The following property may be injuriously or beneficially affected <br />by such vacation: <br />Lots 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34 and 35, Westchester's First Sub. <br />Notice of this Resolution shall be published on the 27th day of <br />April and 4th day of May, 1979 in the South Bend Tribune and <br />in the Tri- County News. <br />This Board, at its office, on the 14th day of May, 1979 at 9:30 o'clock <br />A.M., will hear and receive remonstrances from all persons interested <br />in or affected by these proceedings. <br />Adopted this 23rd day of April, 1979. <br />BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />s/ Patrick M. Andrysiak, Bureau of Engineering, reported to the Board that <br />a Contractor's Bond on behalf of Robert Kruszynski and an Excavation <br />Bond on behalf of Standard Mechanical, Inc. had been submitted for <br />approval and were properly executed. Upon motion made by Mr. <br />McMahon, seconded by Mr. Brunner and carried, the bonds were approved. <br />ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 10, 1979 <br />A Resolution of the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend <br />conveying the Odd Fellows Building to the Redevelopment Department <br />was prepared by the Legal Department and submitted to the Board. <br />Upon motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Brunner and carried, <br />the resolution was adopted as follows: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10. 1979 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER <br />OF CERTAIN REAL ESTATE C014MONLY KNOWN AS THE ODD <br />FELLOWS BUILDING, TO THE DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT <br />OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND. <br />WHEREAS, on the 11th day of April, 1979, the 104 South Main Joint <br />Venture, conveyed certain real estate located in the City of South <br />Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, commonly known as the Odd Fellows <br />Building, to the City of South Bend, by its Board of Public Works. <br />WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of South Bend on the 26th <br />day of March, 1979, authorized the City of South Bend, acting by <br />and through its Board of Public Works, to convey said real estate <br />to the Department of Redevelopment of the City of South Bend in <br />exchange for the conveyance by the Department of Redevelopment to <br />the City of South Bend of certain real estate known as Disposition <br />Parcels No. 6 -2 and 2 -13, consisting of a total of 4.8 acres. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Public Works of the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />
