IN <br />REGULAR MEETING MARCH 19, 1979 <br />residents feel they are being harrassed. He said an attempt will <br />be made to talk to Mr. Kubiak at the earliest opportunity to <br />advise him of the position of the City in this matter. Mr. <br />Szymkowiak said that he initiated the petition against the teen -age <br />disco in an effort to help the residents preserve their neighborhood. <br />This is an old neighborhod and the properties are maintained. <br />Many of the residents are widows and senior citizens and the City <br />should help them to stay in the neighborhood and not move out. <br />He thanked the Board for listening to the citizen complaints and . <br />asked them to take action to correct the situation. <br />LINDEN AVENUE RIGHT -OF -WAY DUMPING <br />Councilman Walter Szymkowiak called to the attention of the Board <br />tittering and dumping along the Linden Avenue right -of -way. He <br />asked that the Board consider posting signs "Government Property - <br />No Dumping" in the area.
