Upon review Mr. Rob Nichols, Engineering, recommended the quotation be <br />awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder L.L. Geans Construction Co., Inc., in <br />the amount of $345,000.00, which is the base bid. Therefore, Mr. Inks made a motion that the <br />recommendation be accepted and the bid be awarded subject to final appropriation of funding by <br />the Redevelopment Commission and the Common Council, and the Construction Contract be <br />approved as outlined above.
