<br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Littrell, seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, the above Quotations

<br />were referred to Community and Economic Development and Engineering for review and
<br />recommendation. Upon review, Mr. Toy Villa, Engineering, recommended the quotation be
<br />awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible quoter, Jackson Trucking & Excavating, in the
<br />amount of $60,345.00. Therefore, Mr. Gilot made a motion that the recommendation be accepted
<br />and the quote be awarded and the Construction Contract approved as outlined above. Mr. Littrell
<br />seconded the motion, which carried.

<br />recommended the quotation for Base Bid I go to the lowest responsive and responsible quoter,
<br />McIntyre Jones, Inc., in the amount of $37,476.00. Mr. Littrell made a motion that the
<br />recommendation be accepted and the bid be awarded and the construction contract approved as
<br />outlined above. Mr. Inks seconded the motion, which carried. Mr. Relos recommended Base Bid
<br />Il be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible quoter, Landmark Landscaping, in the
<br />amount of $6,783.00. Therefore, Mr. Inks made a motion that the recommendation be accepted
<br />and the bid be awarded and the Construction Contract approved as outlined above. Mr. Littrell
