4 <br />FIRE DEPARTMENT. <br />The Fire Department application of Gerald A. Kazmierczak was <br />examined and ordered placed on file. <br />. There being. no further ..business to come before the Board, the <br />meeting was.adjourned at 11;15 A. M. <br />Attest:Clerk <br />A <br />C alrmf n <br />SPECIAL MEETING <br />April 20, 1955 <br />A special meeting of the Board of Public Safety was held in the <br />office of the Board at 1:30 P.M. Wednesday, April 20, 1955. All <br />members were present. <br />Fire Chief, Richard J. Duck, being present, placed before the Board <br />his.recommendation for the.appointment as members of the Fire Department, <br />the following applicants: <br />Cornelius R. Niezgodski <br />James K. Ransberger <br />Richard D. Wegner <br />Applicant Niezgodski having successfully passed the medical examiners <br />for the City and for the Firements Pension Board, was appointed a <br />member of the Fire Department effective May 1, 1955. <br />James K. Ransberger and Richard D. Wegner were appointed members of <br />the Fire Department -, effective May 1, 1955, contingent upon their <br />passing satisfactorily the required physical examinations. <br />The Board made these appointments subject to the regular six months <br />probationary period. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting <br />adjourned at 1:50 P.M. <br />Chairman <br />Attest: <br />Clerk <br />i <br />1 <br />1 <br />
