6. Preliminary discussions with the county Building Commissioner indicate that the existing <br />mechanical and electrical systems will not need to be upgraded or brought into strict code <br />compliance in order to get an occupancy permit, so we did not include general mechanical and <br />electrical renovation work in this proposal. <br />FEE <br />For the scope of work outlined above, ADG proposes a fee of $11,500.00. We do not anticipate <br />any substantial reimbursable expenses.
