Captain's and Lieutenant's Daily Reports covering runs into <br />outlying area- during the period of January 26th to February 15th <br />inclusive, and involving Engine Cos. 10, 11, 12, 13 and 22 were <br />examined and ordered filed. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, the <br />eting was adjourned at 11 :20 A. All members were present. Minutes of the <br />previous meeting were read and approved. Duck, accompanied by Fireman Robert Schultz, <br />appeared before the Board, and Chief Duck cited Section 27 of Article XII <br />of the Fire Department. Rules and Regulations, and presented a garnishee with <br />which he has been served against this fireman's pay. The Chief stated to <br />the Board that this individual's creditors are creating an intolerable <br />situation, and asked that the Board take steps to alleviate this pressure. <br />Fireman Schultz was given until May lst to bring his financial affairs <br />under control, and warned that failure to do so would have se ' <br />sequences. <br />rious con- <br />
