71 <br />Trustee and two members of the Township Advisory Board, was next <br />approved and signed by the Board-. <br />In the matter of a similar fire protection agreement with Portage <br />Township, a paragraph in this agreement was found to be faulty and a <br />corrected agreement was ordered to be drawn up and re-submitted to the <br />Trustee of Portage Township. <br />'Attention of the Board was called to the Fire Department,ts need <br />for four dozen blankets and eight dozen sheets. The Clerk was directed <br />to proceed with the purchase of these supplies. <br />-Fire Department applications of Myron R. Kamp and Richard Mattasitd- <br />were examined and ordered placed on file. <br />Fire Department Injury Report, covering the injury of Michael <br />Kuminecz, occurring December 25th, was examined and ordered filed. <br />'Captaints and Lieutenantfs Daily Reports, covering runs made <br />into outlying area of Portage and German Townships, during the month <br />of December, to which Engine Companies Nos. 11, 12, 21 and 22 responded, <br />were examined and ordered filed. <br />ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT: <br />Proposals for the. interior painting required at the Fire Alarm & <br />Signal Station were deferred until the next regular meeting to present <br />opportunity for the superintendent to study these bids and offer his <br />recommendation to the Board in this matter. <br />Police Department application of Richard Mattasits was examined <br />and ordered placed on file. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board., the <br />meeting was adjourned at 11:45 A.
