REGULAR MEETING SEPTEMBER 13 2010 268 needs to be tested; however, the applicants are aware of these issues. Michele Moulton, Vice President from the store was present and stated the sprinkler and alarm system issues were being corrected today. Mr. Gilot asked if the business was open to the public and she stated it was not. There being no one else present wishing to address the Board concerning this matter, the Public Hearing was closed. Therefore, upon a motion made by Mr. Littrell, seconded by Mr. Gilot and carried, the Transient Merchant License was approved subject to fixing the problems noted by the Fire Department. APPROVE MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING Upon a motion made by Mr. Littrell, seconded by Mr. Gilot and carried, the Minutes of the Agenda Session, Regular Meeting and Claims Meetings of the Board held on August 19, August 23,August 30 and September 7,2010,were approved. OPENING OF BIDS — 1201 CAMPEAU STREET This was the date set for receiving and opening of sealed bids for the above referenced property. The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of Notice in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri- County News, which were found to be sufficient. The following bid was opened and publicly read: Bid was signed by: Mr. Jeff Warren DBA Campeau Properties, LLC 2310 Foxdale Trail Long Beach, Indiana 46360 BID: $3,600.00 Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Mr. Littrell and carried, the above bid was referred to Community & Economic Development and Engineering for review and recommendation. OPENING OF BIDS —522 CLEVELAND AVENUE This was the date set for receiving and opening of sealed bids for the above referenced property. The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of Notice in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri- County News, which were found to be sufficient.
