Gillen. <br />Chief Gillen presented to the Board a request for leave of absence <br />bmitted by Temporary Police Off icer.Harry Koss, to become.effective <br />Y 1, 1953, for the period of May 1st to September.. lst.. Chief Gillen <br />commended the granting of this leave and the reappointment of Officer <br />ss, September 1., 1953, in the. same _temporary status, in the event the <br />gular member of the Department for whom Officer Koss has served as <br />placement, has,not.returned to duty at that time.
